Best Vegitarian Diet Plans during pregnancy when you feel hungry all the time



Morning : 1 cup tea / 1 glass of milk

Breakfast : 2 bowl sprouts / 1 bowl milk & with dalia
2 bread slices / 1 egg

Lunch : 2 to 3 chapati , 1 bowl of daal, green vegetable & curd , 1 bowl rice

Afternoon : 1 glass of milk + 1 fruit / 1 glass fruit juice

Dinner : 2 to 3 chapati , 1 bowl vegetable + 1 bowl daal / meat + 1 plate salad

Night : 1 glass of milk

Note:
All vegetable and fruits are safe in pregnancy
Take everyday 5 pcs of almond , walnuts, dates & figs

When i was pregnant with my daughter i used to feel hungry all the time and best thing about this symptom is your baby will be foody, probably you will not face any problems regarding your baby's eating habits. 

You have make sure you eat healthy and safe when you have symptoms of feeling hungry all the time because you gain unnecessary weight during your pregnancy.  Its a myth that you have to eat for two when pregnant.
